Police Reports 7-17-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Michael Burden, 42, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:32 p.m. on a warrant charging him with sexual battery and molestation of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Devon Marsh, 23, of Siracusaville, was arrested Thursday at 8:54 p.m. on warrants charging him with flight from an officer, off road vehicle on roadway, simple criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing and possession of crack cocaine. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Gerald Dupas, 29, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Thursday at 8:14 a.m. on charges of bringing contraband into a jail, possession of heroin with intent to distribute and parole violation. No bond was set.
Dijon Bell, 21, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:03 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and first offense possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,250 bond.
