St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
A juvenile male, 15, of Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 12:24 p.m. on charges of aggravated assault, criminal trespassing and underage tobacco possession. He allegedly pointed a BB gun at a female victim several times before walking into a nearby sugarcane field. The deputy reportedly located the juvenile and found the BB gun and several cigars in the juvenile’s possession. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Curtis A. Richard, 38, of 210 Glenwood St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 6:43 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of destroying legal crab traps or removing the contents, suspended license and license plate light violation. No bond was set.
Dakota Sauce, 17, of 117 Taryn Lane, Ricochoc, was arrested Saturday at 11:59 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing, remaining where forbidden and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Also arrested was a female juvenile, 16, of Patterson, on charges of criminal damage to property and being ungovernable.
A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a residence in the Patterson area. The deputy reportedly learned that Sauce was inside a residence with the juvenile and had previously been told not to enter the home. A deputy located Sauce at the Calumet boat launch. Also during the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that the juvenile female allegedly threw a female victim’s cellphone to the ground, damaging it. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings. Sauce was transported to the parish jail with no bond set.
Allen Guillotte Jr., 47, of 11407 La. 182, Apt. B, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:54 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and released on $5,000 bond.
Christopher L. Lacaze, 36, of 1510 N. Third St., No. 1, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 7:37 a.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of DWI, criminal neglect of family and issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Abdul M. Tate, 20, of 616 Cypremort St., Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 8:37 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of underage playing of gaming devices. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the arrest of Terrell J. Jackson, 28, of Franklin, Wednesday on a charge of second offense possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Amanda M. Meaux, 34, of Duson, was arrested Thursday on a Chitimacha warrant charging her with vehicle burglary and an Iberia Parish failure to appear warrant for felony arraignment on a charge of illegal possession of stolen things. No bond was set.
Mitchell Burgess, 41, of Charenton, was arrested Saturday on a charge of domestic abuse and held with no bond set.
Daniel Rideaux, 38, of Abbeville, was arrested Sunday on a district court failure to appear warrant for a probation review hearing. Bond was set at $2,500.
Quy Nhat Do, 61, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday on a charge of obscenity and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tiffany Dupas, 31, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, Friday at 8:31 a.m. on charges of switched license plate, no registration and misuse of temporary license plate. She was released on $750 bond.
Jeremy Madison, 33, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:09 a.m. on charges of simple assault and parole violation. Madison was held on $250 bond.
Michael Hill, 31, of La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 4:15 p.m. on Lafayette Parish failure to appear warrants on charges of improper lane use and no seat belt. No bond was set.
Erin Demarco, 27, of Maple Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:30 a.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging her with criminal neglect of family. She was held on $983 bond.
Steven Randall, 45, of Nora Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 8:35 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of defective brakes. He was held on $225 bond.
