DEACON LARRY FINISTER

Deacon Larry Finister, 60, a native of San Jose, California, and resident of Berwick, Louisiana, passed away at 12:45 a. m. Monday, June 22, 2015.
He served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his father, John Henry Finister III of San Jose; his four brothers, John Henry Finister IV of Berwick, Jon Jon Finister and Trenton Finister, both of San Jose, and Bruce Finister of Stalking, California; three sisters, Pamela Morgan and Anita Finister, both of Modesto, California, and Estella Robles of Arizona; 41 nieces and nephews; 37 great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Inurnment will take place in the San Joaquin National Cemetery in Gustine, California, at a later scheduled date.
