Police Reports 9-15-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Antoine Webb, 32, of 710 St. Michael St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 6:40 p.m. on charges of general speed law, driving under suspension, and failure to appear warrants on charges of theft and possession of marijuana. Bond is set at $5,250.
Wilfred Fields, 53, of 10653 La. 182, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 9:35 p.m. on charges of no license plate light and no insurance. He was released on a summons.
Ronald Hall, 33, of 3522 La. 182, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 11:54 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension and released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Carl Allen, 24, of 701 Park St., Patterson, Monday at 6:31 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and an unspecified charge on a Morgan City warrant. He was turned over to Morgan City police.
Antonio Campbell, 24, of 5208 U.S. 90, New Iberia, and Thai A. Nguyen, 20, of 8519 Weeks Island Road, New Iberia, were each charged Monday at 7:15 p.m. with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were released on summonses.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Barry Rouchon, 27, of Chauvin Street, Franklin, Friday at 2:13 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery by strangulation. No bond was set.
Jordan Zirlott, 18, of Michael Street, Centerville, was arrested Friday at 4:37 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on $500 bond.
The following three arrests were made Friday at about 9 a.m. when officers responded to a complaint of an alleged shoplifting at a supermarket on La. 3211.
Donyll Robertson, 24, of Jones Road, Jeanerette, was charged with principal to shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
Dwayne Robertson, 22, of Jones Road, Jeanerette, was charged with theft by shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
Ershaviya Robertson, 19, of Jones Road, Jeanerette, was charged with principal to shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
McGuire reported the unrelated arrests of Sterling Jones, 26, of Main Street, Franklin, Friday at 9:24 p.m. on a charge of theft over $300. No bond was set.
Patricia Henry, 49, of Bollard Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 9:56 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of failure to report an accident and no insurance. She was held on $326 bond.
Brian James, 37, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:58 p.m. on warrants charging him with third offense domestic abuse battery, aggravated flight from an officer, hit and run, reckless operation, two counts of criminal trespassing, driving under suspension, failure to yield to the right of way and no proof of insurance. No bond was set.
Dendrick Welch, 35, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:42 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
Kirk P. Curry II, 24, of Franklin, was arrested Sunday on a charge of remaining where forbidden and released on a summons.
Laura A. Joseph, 55, of Breaux Bridge, was arrested Sunday on a charge of simple battery and released on a summons.
Christina Pitre, 36, of Sixth Street, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 11:40 p.m. on charges of theft of goods and resisting an officer by giving false information. She was held on $2,000 bond.
Jamarlon Smith, 18, of Pine Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:11 p.m. on charges of stop sign violation and hit and run. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the arrest of Kirk P. Curry II, 24, of Franklin, Friday on a charge of remaining where forbidden. He was released on a summons.
Laura A. Joseph, 55, of Breaux Bridge, was arrested Friday on a charge of simple battery and released on a summons.
