Police Reports 10-1-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Roderick V. Dominick, 40, of 1122 La. 83, Ashton, was arrested Wednesday at 6:57 a.m. on warrants charging him with failure to comply with the conditions of probation and failure to appear on charges of DWI. No bond is set.
Mary Griffin, 46, of Siracusa, was arrested Wednesday at 8:59 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and was released on a summons.
Christina A. Breaux, 22, of 113 Diane Lane, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 11:34 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear for a drug court status conference and held on $100,000 bond.
Clement Mire, 33, of 714 Julia St., Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 12:25 p.m. on a Terrebonne Parish warrant on a charge of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and was held on $50,000 bond.
Yolanda Baker, 40, of 702 Scottie St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:14 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear for a drug court status conference and held on $100,000 bond.
Burkin Dupre, 29, of 1503 Cross Road, Lot 2, Bayou Vista, was charged Wednesday at 4:12 p.m. with an issuing worthless checks warrant and held with no bond set.
David Brown, 38, of 103 Todd Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 6:58 p.m. on Brusly Police warrants charging him with speeding, tail light violation, driving under suspension, no insurance, expired license plate and open alcohol container. Bond is set at $1,648.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jonah Madison, 21, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 10:33 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple criminal damage to property and was also charged with parole violation. No bond was set.
Marcus Dupas, 31, of Plantation Drive, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:48 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery and released on $250 bond.
Aubry Otis, 54, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:42 p.m. on a charge of second offense possession of drug paraphernalia and no bond was set.
