Police Reports 2-18-19

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Robert Blaise, 34, of Kilkenny Street, New Iberia, was arrested Friday and charged with theft by cheating and skimming. He was released on a summons.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Justin Adams, 38, of 324 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 9:41 a.m. and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice. No bail was set.
Glenn N. Matthews Jr., 38, of Houma, was arrested Thursday at 4:17 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice. Matthews was released on a $4,500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Scarlett Burkart, 34, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Thursday at 10:38 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the drug court treatment program. Bail was set at $100,000.
Randy S. Landry, 40, of 129 Mary Anne St., Pierre Part, was arrested Thursday at 10:57 a.m. and charged on two warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the drug court treatment program. Bail was set at $200,000.
Marc A. Duhon, 28, of 3009 Carrol Dr., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 1:06 p.m. and charged on two warrants for failure to appear on the charge of conspiracy to commit distribution of Xanax. Bail was set at $14,500.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Tiffany Remedies, 26, of Kellers Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 2:40 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (ecstasy) with intent to distribute. Remedies was processed and held with no bond set.
Jonathan Robinson, 35, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 2:59 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (ecstasy) with intent to distribute. Robinson was also arrested on a parole detainer. Robinson was processed and held with no bond set.
Jarred Brown, 30, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:06 p.m. and charged on a warrant for 15th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Brown was processed and held with no bond.
Darren Rideaux, 38, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:20 a.m. and charged with aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon and possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) second offense. Rideaux was processed and held with no bond set.
Rory Landry, 34, of La. 182, Franklin, while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, was arrested Friday at 7:10 a.m. and charged on warrants charging him with simple assault and disturbing the peace. Landry was processed and held with no bond set.
