Police Reports 4-1-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrest:
Charles Cantrell, 45, of 150 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 2:21 p.m. and charged on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Cantrell was released on a summons to appear in court.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Carl Cage, 50, of 121 Helen Drive, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:33 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple assault. No bail was set.
Heidi Songe, 39, of Morgan City, was additionally charged Thursday at 11:09 a.m. on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. Songe was already incarcerated and being housed at the Morgan City Police Department jail when she was booked on this charge.
Terez Cooper, 22, of 1900 Main St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 2:23 p.m. and charged for theft. Cooper was transported to the parish jail for booking and was later released on a $1,000 bond.
Lyn K. Gauge, 46, of Ricohoc, was arrested Thursday at 6:32 p.m. and charged for theft of goods. Guage was released on a summons to appear in court.
Crystal Clark, 31, of Harvey, was arrested Thursday at 9:33 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of simple assault and disturbing the peace. No bail was set.
Kailyn Broussard, 17, of 304 Brashear Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 10:14 p.m. and charged with the following offenses: possession of Schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Legend Drug without a prescription and possession of Schedule IV. No bail was set.
Stephanie Kober, 20, of 568 Lima St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 10:14 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule IV, possession of Schedule IV and two counts possession of a Legend Drug without a prescription. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Erin Spencer, 36, of Huntington, Texas, was arrested Thursday at 11:25 a.m. and charged on warrants for Denver County District Court for failure to appear on the charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance less than four grams and possession of a controlled dangerous substance heroin. Spencer was processed and released.
Preston Desue, 24, of Cleveland, Tenn., was arrested Thursday at 11:25 a.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Desue was processed and held with no bond set.
Tayler MacCready, of Dubois, Penn., was arrested Thursday at 11:25 a.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. MacCready was processed and held with no bond set.
Dustin Whatley, 21, of Englewood, Colo., was arrested Thursday at 11:25 a.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Whatley was processed and held with no bond set.
Tory Henry, 25, of Bodin Drive, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 2:49 p.m. for the charges of resisting an officer, possession of Schedule I narcotics with intent to distribute, violation of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug-free zone and possession of Schedule I narcotics. Henry was also arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of disobeying a traffic light. Henry was processed and held with no bond set.
David McDonald, 52, of La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:10 p.m. for the charge of felony theft over $5,000. McDonald was processed and held with no bond set.
