Police Reports 4-8-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Kirsten Firmin, 17, of Gibbs Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:52 a.m. and charged on a 16th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrant on the charge of speeding. Firmin was processed and released on a $365 bond.
Jonathan Gunner Jr., 17, of Cynthia Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:45 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gunner was processed and held on a $3,500 bond.
Jaiondrick Lovely, 18, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:45 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lovely was processed and held on a $3,500 bond.
Alister Burgess, 31, of Chitimacha Loop, Charenton, turned himself in at the Franklin Police Department Thursday at 11:36 a.m. and charged with a warrant charging him with simple battery with medical attention. Burgess was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Dylan Dwyer, 19, of Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department Thursday at 3:47 p.m. was arrested and charged on warrants from Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office on charges of illegal possession of stolen things over $1,500 and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Dwyer was processed and remains incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department.
Vonley Joseph, 29, of Mitchell Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 5:48 p.m. on charges of indecent behavior with a juvenile-two counts and obscenity. Joseph was processed and held with no bond set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests.

Rickey Gable, 27, of 312 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:26 p.m. and charged with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies. No bail was set.
Sedrick Rudolph, 31, of 434 Gum Point Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:01 p.m. and charged with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies. No bail was set.
Lavonte Jones, 22, of 326 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:09 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and stop sign violation. Jones was released on a summons to appear in court.
Cedric Kemp, 24, of 140 Baker Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:09 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana. Kemp was released on a summons to appear in court.
Terrance Robinson, 18, of 423 Seventh St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:49 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana. Robinson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Robin Thibodeaux, 58, of 1204 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 8:22 p.m. and charged with violation of the parish leash law. Thibodeaux was released on a summons to appear in court.
