Louisiana bad for drivers?

Morning rush-hour drivers head east Thursday on the Bayou Vista portion of U.S. 90, widely believed to be the most dangerous highway in the state. A Carinsurance.com analysis released this week says that Louisiana is the third-worst state for drivers based on factors that include auto insurance rates, the cost of repairs related to substandard roads, road conditions, the crash fatality rate and more. Only California and Oklahoma fared worse in the analysis. The best states for drivers are Utah and Minnesota, the analysis said.
