Fourth of July closings

Monday is a federal holiday and state, parish and local municipal offices will be closed to celebrate Independence Day.
The Harold J. “Babe” Landry Landfill in Berwick will close at noon on the Fourth of July. Garbage routes will be collected as usual in the Tri-City area.
Employees of The Daily Review will work abbreviated schedules on Friday and Monday in observance of the July 4 holiday.
Due to the early closures, news and advertising deadlines will be earlier than usual both days to accommodate press runs.
