Police Reports 7-28-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Krystal D. Collier, 32, of Cut Off, was arrested Wednesday at 12:01 p.m. on charges of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of unauthorized use of a moveable. Bond was set at $13,500.
Travis Levine, 45, of 191 Eves St., Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 9:34 p.m. on charges of careless operation with a crash, driving under suspension and hit and run. He was released on a summons.
Therold James, 32, of 308 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was additionally charged Wednesday at 9:22 p.m. with criminal damage to property and public intimidation. A corrections officer at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center reportedly observed James damage a window in a cell. Officers responded and relocated James to another area of the facility. While being removed from the cell, James allegedly made threats against the correctional officers’ lives. James remains incarcerated.
