Police report 11-9

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Yvishia Levine, 26, of 1209 Third St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 11:39 a.m. and charged with failure to appear on the charge of violation of a protective order and resisting an officer. No bail was set.
Hiram Eugene, Sr., 35, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 1:51 a.m. and charged with failure to signal, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle with an expired license plate and operating a vehicle without proof of insurance. Bail was set at $3,750.
Stacey L. Grubb, 36, of 321 Highway 90, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 5:25 p.m. and charged with simple assault, failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Grubb was also charged for failure to appear on the counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $61,000.
Roy Daigle, 66, of 905 Pete St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 8:54 a.m. and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license. Daigle was released on a summons to appear in court.
Aris Stacy, 55, of 210 Jones Road #1, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 5:39 p.m. and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, hit and run driving and possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Stacy was released on a summons to appear in court.
Ricky J. Simon, 58, of 108 Romero Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 11:07 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Jeremy Randle, 28, of Martin Luther King Blvd., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:59 p.m. and charged with theft of goods. Randle was booked, processed and held on a $3,000 bond.
