JOYCE STEEL PARISH

Joyce Steel Parish, 63, a native of Chacahoula and resident of Morgan City, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at University Medical Center in New Orleans.
Visitation will be Sat-urday at Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City from 8 a.m. until services at 9 a.m. Interment will be private.
She is survived by her husband, Peter Parish of Morgan City; a daughter, Juanita Steel of New Orleans; a brother, Richard Steel of Chacahoula; a sister, Olivia Steele of Morgan City; four grandchil-dren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and four sisters.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
