CLARENCE GROGAN

Clarence Grogan, 63, a native of Morgan City, Louisiana, and resident of Berwick, Louisiana, died Monday, May 23, 2016, at Patterson Health Care Center.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church, 908 Washington St. in Patterson, Rev. Doreen Francis officiating. Burial will follow in the Willing Workers Cemetery in Patterson.
He is survived by his wife, Ethel Johnson Grogan of Berwick; a son, Clarence Johnson of Houston; a daughter, Alisha Johnson of Berwick; 10 brothers, Saul Grogan Jr. and Paul Grogan, both of Morgan City, Marvin Grogan of Franklin, and Charles Grogan Sr., Wallace Green, Earl Grogan, Garrett Grogan, Joseph Grogan, Timothy Grogan and Saul Grogan III, all of Patterson; five sisters, Betty Christopher of Morgan City, Edna Riles of Baldwin, and Brunetta Stewart, Loretta Duchane and Melissa Grogan, all of Patterson; one grandson; and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
