AUDREY J. ‘DEEDY’ BRADFORD

Audrey J. “Deedy” Bradford, 87, a native of Berwick, La., and a resident of Morgan City, died Sunday, July 6, 2014 at her residence in Morgan City at 10 p.m.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 12, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 507 Fourth St. in Morgan City, from 11 a.m. until funeral service at 1 p.m. Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery, with Pastor Larry Frank officiating.
Audrey “Deedy” leaves to cherish her memories six sons, Ricky Bradford Sr., of Morgan City, Corey Bradford of Fa’zah-Seattle, Washington, Kennith (Betty) Bradford Sr. of Berwick, Cary (Pauline) Bradford Sr. of Dallas, Texas, Williams (Yvonne) Bradford III of Houma and Shawn (Rose) Bradford of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two daughters, Neva Green of Morgan City and Captain Darrell (Dionne) Sanders of San Antonio, Texas; two brothers, James (Debris) Johnson of Morgan City and Alvin (Lottie) Johnson Sr. of Carson, California; a sister, Jacqueline Davis of Morgan City; 19 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Murphy Johnson Sr. and Edith Johnson and her husband, William Bradford Sr.
