CATHERINE LOUISE REED

September 19, 1935- August 22, 2015
Catherine Louise Reed, 79, a resident of Berwick, passed away Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, at Morgan City Healthcare Center.
Catherine was born on Sept. 19, 1935, in Gadsden, Alabama, the daughter of George and Drury Johnson Ledbetter.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three children, Susan Domino and husband, Olus, of Plaquemine, Franklin Reed III and wife, Christine, of Berwick, and Karen Perez of Berwick; six grandchildren, Jason Reed, Keri Landry, Kevin Domino and wife, Shamone, Brandi Haynes and husband, Chris, Amy Reed, and Paul Reed; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Catherine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Franklin Reed Jr.; two sisters, Inez Ledbetter and Edna Lambert; and two brothers, George Ledbetter and Lester Ledbetter.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, at Twin City Funeral Home with a visitation being held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Following the funeral services, Catherine will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
