Dale Bruce Maxie

Dale Bruce Maxie, 57, a native of Shreveport and a resident of Calumet, died Friday, Oct. 3, 2014, at Terrebonne General Medical Center in Houma.
Visitation will be Saturday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Ann P. Randle-Maxie; his parents, Fred Maxie of Shreveport, and Mary Maxie, of Ontario, California; three sons, Antione Randle-Maxie and Alton T. Robinson-Maxie, both of Calumet, and Samouree’ E.O. Randle-Maxie, of Berwick; one brother, Danny Ray Maxie, of Ontario, California; one sister, Freddie Mae Garden, of California; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister and his grandfather.
