David ‘Jay-Porkchop’ Polidore

David “Jay-Porkchop” Polidore, 52, a native of Garden City and a resident of Centerville, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, in Garden City.
Visitation will be Saturday at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Franklin, from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 1 p.m. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery. Minister Noah Smith will officiate.
Survivors include a son, David Devester Provost, of Franklin; his mother, Oraline Kelly Polidore, of Centerville; four brothers, Floyd Polidore, Malcolm Polidore, Norman Polidore and Roman Polidore, all of Centerville; and two sisters, Gayle Cooks and Wanda Polidore, both of Franklin.
He was preceded in death by his father, one brother and one sister.
