DAVID ‘JAY/PORKCHOP’ POLIDORE

David “Jay/Porkchop” Polidore, 52, a native of Garden City and resident of Centerville, died Friday, November 7, 2014, at 8:55 p.m., in Garden City.
Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 22 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Franklin, from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 1 p.m. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery. Min. Noah Smith will officiate the services.
“Porkchop” leaves to cherish his memories one son, David Devester Provost of Franklin; his loving mother, Oraline Kelly Polidore of Centerville; four brothers, Floyd Polidore, Malcolm Polidore, Norman Polidore and Roman Polidore, all of Centerville; two sisters, Mrs. Bryan (Gayle) Cooks and Wanda Polidore, both of Franklin; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mr. Polidore was preceded in death by his father, one brother and one sister.
