David Brett Daley

July 29, 1979 — January 1, 2015
David Brett Daley went to be with his Lord and Savior, and his baby girl, Micheala, Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015, at the age of 35.
David was an awesome man, who loved people and his family. He was a devoted Saints fan and enjoyed fishing.
David is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Mayon and husband, Marshall Sr.; his father, David G. Daley and his love, Lenessa Stroud; his brothers, Joshua Daley and Kristian Mayon; his sisters, Jessica Daley, Cheryl Pullen and Sarah Mayon; his grandmother, Dorothy Hackney; his precious nephews, Collin and Ethan Todd, and Dylan Mayon; and his niece, Blair Guilliotte. David is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
David is preceded in death by his sister, Wyndee Daley; his daughter, Micheala Daley; his grandfather, A.B. Hackney; his grandmother, Kithy Daley; one aunt, Terri Daley; and his uncle, Joe Daley.
A memorial service was held today, Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at 10 a.m. at Berwick First Baptist Church. David was laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery with his daughter, Micheala.
