DEBRA ANN STEPHENS

Debra Ann Stephens, 65, a resident of Morgan City Health Care, passed away Friday, Sept. 23, 2016. Debra was born July 16, 1951, the daughter of Ashley J. Stephens and Lois Doiron Stephens.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Christopher Boudreaux; her sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Andrew Reed; and two grandchildren, AshleyMay Catrett and Robbie Boudreaux.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lois Doiron Stephens. She is survived by her father, Ashley J. Stephens.
Debra will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed.
As per Debra’s wishes, she will be cremated and services will be held privately at a later date.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Morgan City Health Care Center for the love and care they provided Debra during her residency there. Truly, thank you.
