GEORGE A. HEBERT

October 23, 1960 ~ August 28, 2016
George A. Hebert was a native of Franklin and a longtime resident of Charenton, who passed away at the age of 55 on Sunday, August 28, 2016, at his home with his family at his side.
Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Angela Clements Hebert; two children, Nicole H. DeHart and her husband, Quinn; and Taylor Hebert; four grandchildren, Kalyn, Landen, Cadence and Jayden; and two brothers, Alvin A. Hebert Jr. and Warren Hebert.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin A. Hebert Sr. and Florence Funk Hebert; and his sister, Elizabeth Hebert.
George was a longtime employee of Cox, where he has worked since the early days of TCA Cable. In his earlier years he enjoyed gardening and has been a huge fan of Classic Rock Music his entire life. He also loved working on home projects, fixing things and tinkering with odds and ends.
A time of remembrance will be held at Ibert’s Mortuary in Franklin on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
