GERALDINE BOWIE

Geraldine Bowie, 74, a resident of Franklin and a native of Ashton, died Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, at 11:35 a.m. at Franklin Health Care Center.
Visitation will be observed Saturday, Sept. 10, from 9-11 a.m. at the Otis Mortuary Chapel in Franklin. Burial rites will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the chapel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and two sisters.. She is survived by two sons, Rodney Nixon Bowie of Franklin and Tyron Bowie of San Antonio, Texas; a brother, McKinnley Bowie Sr. of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Jane Bowie of Franklin and Drucella Bowie of Berwick; and one grandchild.
Rev. Edward Williams will officiate. The Otis Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
