St. Martinville – Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at Pellerin Funeral Home in St. Martinville, for Holly Lynn Benandi, 28, who passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, and continue on Wednesday, at 7 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Rev. Rusty P. Richard will officiate at the funeral service.
Holly loved the ocean and beaches. She was a loving mother.
She is survived by her husband, Heath J. Benandi; her father, Donald James Picard; her mother, Suzan Romero Picard; her maternal grandmother, Catherine Romero; her sons, Gage Baudoin and Jace Benandi; her daughter, Jada Benandi; and her sister, Catherine Darden and husband, Brian.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Alton Romero; her paternal grandparents, Adam Picard Sr. and Mary Evelyn Robicheaux Picard; and her uncle, Jerry Allen Romero.
Pallbearers will be Adam Picard, Brian Darden, Heath Benandi, Neil Bonin, Jude Bonin and Chris Romero.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help defray funeral costs.
