James ‘Santa Claus’ Pinion

James “Santa Claus” Pinion, 64, a native of Mississippi and resident of Morgan City, died at Teche Regional Medical Center on Monday, June 16, 2014.
He was a retired welder and shipyard worker.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Pinion of Morgan City; a son, James Pinion Jr. of California; brothers, Offie Pinion, Wilkie Pinion, Willy Pinion, Doc Pinion and Jerry Pinion; sisters, Charleane, Nancy and Jannie; and parents, Charlie and Annie Pinion.
Services will be held at a later date.
