JONATHAN K. DASIN SR.

Mr. Jonathan K. Dasin Sr. 38, a resident and native of Franklin, died Saturday, February 1, 2014, at 9:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Lafayette following a short illness.
He is survived by his companion, Erica Gitton of Franklin; two sons, Jonas Keith Dasin and Jonathan Keith Dasin of Franklin; one daughter, Shanna Johnson of Verdunville; and one sister, Andriane Dasin of Baldwin.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitations will be observed Friday, Feb. 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Otis Mortuary Chapel.
Burial rites will be read Friday, at 1 p.m., at the mortuary, with the Rev. Edward Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Special Providence Cemetery in Baldwin.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
