LEIF F. HANSEN

December 5, 1954 — March 14, 2015
Leif F. Hansen, an extraordinary lifelong resident of Morgan City, went home to his heavenly reward Saturday, March 14, 2015, at the age of 60.
Leif was the proud son of the late Leif H. and Jessie F. Hansen. He was a member of the Morgan City High School Class of 1972.
He went on to attend and finish Nicholls State University with a degree in Business. After graduating, he began his prestigious career with Guaranty Bank and later with M C Bank. He quickly became an asset at the bank. Armed with a charming smile and magnetic personality, Leif’s number one goal was to extend excellent customer service to each and every customer. Leif’s crowning achievement during his life was when he became a loan officer, a newly confirmed Catholic and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Leif is survived by his uncle, RJ Frost; his cousin, Mike Wood; and host of friends.
Visitation will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Tuesday, March 17, 2015, from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Leif will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum at a later date.
