MAGGIE L. TILLMAN

Mrs. Maggie L. Tillman, 94, a resident of St. Martinville and native of Baldwin, died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014, at 10:20 p.m., at her residence.
She is survived by five daughters, Barbara Tillman and Katherine Gibbs, both of Baldwin, Nancy T. White and Rosetta Tillman, both of St. Martinville, and Lillian T. Sneed of Four Corners; 15 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Tillman was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two children.
Visitations will be observed Thursday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Special Providence Baptist Church in Baldwin.
Burial rites will be read Thursday, at 1 p.m., at that church, with the Rev. W.J. Otis officiating. Interment will follow in the Special Providence Cemetery.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
