Mardell Mary Burgess

Mardell Mary Burgess, 91, a native and resident of Patterson, died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at the AMG Specialty Hospital-Lafayette.
Visitation will be Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson from 8:30 a.m. until Rosary at 10 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Terry Burgess and Adell Burgess, both of Patterson; two daughters, Sandra Bradford and Sheena Roberson, both of Patterson; three sisters, Anna Vinning and Geraldine Verdun, both of Patterson, and Enola Walker of Verdunville; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
