MARK JAMES TERREBONNE SR.

September 25, 1956- April 1, 2016
Mark James Terrebonne Sr., 59, a resident of Bayou Vista, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, at Teche Regional Medical Center.
Mark was born on Sept. 25, 1956, in Houma.
Mark was a sports fanatic always supporting his New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers. He loved being in the outdoors, enjoying family cookouts. He loved his family and loved spending time with them, he especially loved playing with his grandchildren.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by four children, Cherie Terrebonne Dyer and husband, Spencer, of Morgan City, Mark J. Terrebonne Jr. and wife, Kelly, of Bayou Vista, Kevin J. Terrebonne and wife, Lindsey, of Lafayette, and Mark A. Hicks of Florida; 13 grandchildren, Cade Gary, Gracie Gary, Emily Terrebonne, Riley Terrebonne, Jace Terrebonne, Drake Terrebonne, Ryker Terrebonne, Harper Terrebonne, Gabriel Hicks, Hayden Hicks, Biley Hicks, Jasman Touchet and Kade Dyer; one great-granddaughter, Kalynn Dyer; one sister, Robyn Alfred; one brother, Troy Terrebonne; and two aunts, Sharlene McDonald Saunders and husband, Bernie, and Gayle McDonald Walters and husband, Johnny.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, June Babin Terrebonne and Ralph McDonald; and one aunt, Dianne Babin Agee.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Twin City Funeral Home with a visitation being held from 4 p.m. until the service time at 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family c/o Twin City Funeral Home.
