MRS. ROSEMARY HALL

Mrs. Rosemary Hall, 79, a resident of Franklin and native of the Oaklawn Community, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016, at 4:50 a.m., at Lafayette General Hospital.
Visitations will be observed Saturday, August 27, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at New Mount Horeb Baptist Church on Irish Bend Rd. in Franklin.
Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 11 a.m., at the church, with the Rev. James P. Otis officiating. Interment will follow in the Beau Pre Cemetery on Hwy. 182 in Jeanerette.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Brown (his wife, Ezella) of Houma; Joseph Boatman Jr. of Baton Rouge; and Jerry Hall of Franklin; three daughters, Ms. Sandra McDonald of Houston, TX; Mrs. Belva Notto (her husband, Darrel) of Franklin; and Ms. Yolander Patrice Richard of Marrero; seven brothers, Andrew Jackson (his wife, Jeanetta); Abreron Morgan and Abe Morgan, all of Houston, TX; Charles Morgan Sr. (his wife, Norma), Clarence Carr Jr., Douglas Carr and Gregory Carr (his wife, Nadine), all of Franklin; five sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Arshield (her husband, Hypolite); Ms. Clara Wade and Ms. Hilda Simmons, all of Houston, TX; Mrs. Gertrude Freeman (her husband, Johnny); and Ms. Carol Carr, both of Franklin; 15 grandchildren; 30 great grandchioldren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons and two sisters.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
