Paul Polk Jr., 50, a resident of Morgan City, Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Dena Mullins Polk of Morgan City; three children, Craig Mullins of Thibodaux, Christopher Polk of Bayou Vista, and Sarah Polk of Columbia; a daughter-in-law; seven grand-children; one brother, Terry Polk; and his mother-in-law.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son.
