RAYMOND DELCO SR.

Raymond Delco Sr., 81, a native of Amelia and a resident of Morgan City, died Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 8:45 a.m. at his residence.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 18, at New Zorah Baptist Church in Morgan City, from 11 a.m. until funeral service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Raymond leaves to cherish his memories three sons, Raymond (Myra) Delco Jr., of Berwick, Michael Delco and John Delco, both of Morgan City; five daughters, Mrs. Damian (Shirley) Johnson and Lenora Delco, both of Morgan City, Mrs. Calvin (Barbara) Brent of Chicago, Illinois, Mrs. Sammy (Elizabeth) Briggs of Beaumont, Texas, and Judy Delco of Amelia; three brothers, Renardo Delco of Patterson, Alvin Delco of Tallahassee, Florida and Joseph Delco of Pensacola, Florida; two sisters, Mrs. Willie (Delores) Gash of Bayou Vista and Mrs. Earl (Carolyn) Rose of Thibodaux; a sister-in-law; brother-in-law; 13 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Mr. Delco was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, three brothers, five sisters and a daughter.
