STEVE J. CAPAK JR.

Steve J. Capak Jr., 83, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015 at his home in Yorktown, TX. He was born February 17, 1932 in Moulton, TX to Steve and Sylvia Capak. Steve retired as a marine maintenance superintendent in the petroleum industry.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Lillian Mary Capak; 2 sons, Christopher Capak and wife, Paula; and Joseph Capak and wife, Paule Ann; six grandchildren, Christopher Capak, Joshua Capak, William Capak, Sean Capak, Samantha Capak and Jessica Capak; six great grandchildren, Molly, Julian, Alyssa, Lily, Michael and Bryson. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Emanuel Capak; and sister, Patricia Seay.
A funeral mass will be held Friday, September 4, 2015 at 2 p.m., at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1416 George Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471 with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday, evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with a Rosary at 6 p.m. Father William Bartniski will officiate.
