Patterson, Central Catholic and Morgan City high schools qualified for the high school boys basketball postseason in their respective classes. Patterson is the No. 7 seed in Class 3A and will host No. 26 seed Jennings in the first round Friday at 6:30 p.m. Meanwhile, Central Catholic, Class 1A’s No. 10 seed, will host No. 23 seed Christian Life Friday at 6 p.m. Morgan City, the No. 29 seed in the Class 4A postseason, will travel to face No. 4 seed Plaquemine Friday at 7 p.m. In the top photo is Patterson’s Daylon Charlot, in the middle photo is Central Catholic’s Jalen Johnson and above is Morgan City’s Makye Richard.
