Pipes named MVP; MCHS places five on first team
Morgan City High School’s girls bowling team was well-represented on the All-District 2 team this season with six representatives — five of those on the first team — including the district’s Most Valuable Player.
Hannah Pipes earned the district MVP honor.
As a team, Morgan City won the district title with an 11-1 mark.
Other Morgan City first-team selections included Meghan Amador, Marissa Davis Mackenzie Amador and Ali Tregle.
Central Catholic had one first-team selection, Emily Price.
Central Catholic had two second-team selections, Ashley Daigle and Alex Abney, while Berwick had one second-team selection, Brianna Toups.
Morgan City had one second-team selection, Reagan Barbier.
