Leadership Award

FRANKLIN CITY MARSHAL David McCoy presented Johnny Clark with the Leadership Award, recognizing his outstanding contribution to local and area youth in the Franklin community as well as neighboring communities. Clark has been instrumental in sponsoring and helping in local athletic events. Clark’s family members, friends and local basketball players were on hand to witness the special award presentation.
