Tennis programs set

The Morgan City Recreation Department, under the direction of Strictly Tennis, will hold the Quick Start Junior Tennis League and Little Tennis, beginning May 30.
Quick Start is for youngsters, ages 7-12 and utilizes smaller racquets, foam and low compression balls and smaller court sizes to enable younger players to participate in matches as early as possible.
Session 1 will begin May 30 and last for a month, while a second session will begin July 11 and last for a month. Instruction will be held Monday-Wednesday from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. Players should attend two of three classes per week.
The sessions are $90 apiece.
Little Tennis is for ages 3.5 to 6. Sessions will run the same as the Quick Start League, but will be held from 5:15 to 6 p.m.
Each session costs $80.
