Candy Fleet defeated Hanko’s 12-7 in youth baseball action at Spinella Park in Morgan City on Tuesday.
Leading hitters for Candy Fleet were Ben Case, 3-for-3 with three singles; Anthony Bourgeois, 2-for-3 with a double and a single; and Jade Oliney and Brandon Cordero, each 2-for-3 with a double.
Top hitters for Hanko’s were Tate Black 2-for-2 with two singles; Cade Menina, 2-for-2; and Ian Carmichael, 1-for-2.
In the second game Tuesday, Grizzaffi’s earned a win over Guidry Orthodontics 13-3.
Leading hitters for Grizzaffi’s were Gregory Hamer, 3-for-3 with two home runs, a triple and four RBIs; Lucas Pickens, 3-for-3 with a double; Carter Whipple, 3-for-3 with a double and a single; and Chez Pickens, 2-for-3 with two singles.
