ST. MARY PARISH’S MOST WANTED -- Most recent addition to list is man suspected of using stolen credit cards

MORGAN CITY, La. -- St. Mary Parish’s Most Wanted list includes suspects who have been at large for months and a suspect who has been wanted for about two weeks.

The list is solicited from the sheriff’s office and police departments throughout the parish and features two new suspects and nine suspects who were featured previously in the Most Wanted series and are still at large.

Detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office are investigating an Oct. 31 complaint of unauthorized use of an access card.

David Lenes Aucoin, 35, of Willard Street in Morgan City, is wanted for allegedly using the victim’s stolen credit cards to purchase electronics at Walmart in Bayou Vista, according a news release from St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert.

The stolen credit cards were also used to purchase items at multiple stores in Morgan City and Bayou Vista.

During the course of the investigation, the detective assigned to the case identified Aucoin from video footage. A warrant was issued for Aucoin’s arrest on Nov. 15 for unauthorized use of a stolen access card and illegal possession of stolen things. Aucoin is also wanted on a warrant for failure to appear for driving under suspension.

“We really think the Most Wanted will help us out,” said St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert.

Briannell Sharad Wilson, 28, whose last known address is the 100 block of Friendship Alley in Amelia, is wanted on charges of failure to appear for illegal carrying of a weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor. The incident occurred on Aug. 15, 2011.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics detectives conducted an investigation at a residence in Morgan City. During the investigation, a weapon, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located. Minors were also present. Wilson was placed under arrest. On Feb. 29, he did not appear in court on the charges.

Deputies have attempted to locate Wilson but have been unable to do so. Other agencies in the parish have been notified as well. His whereabouts are unknown, and he is facing jail time, the sheriff said.

Wilson is 5 foot 11 inches tall, 210 pounds and has numerous tattoos, according to the news release. He has “Tyler” tattooed on the right side of his chest, and “Tyler” tattooed on the right side of his face. “Renall” is tattooed on his right wrist and “$$$” is on his right hand.

Two of the five most wanted suspects named by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office have been apprehended.

“On the original story, as soon as the story hit, two suspects turned themselves in,” Hebert said.

Patrick Arbert Harris and Gregory Paul Harris turned themselves in after they appeared in the Sept. 28 Most Wanted feature.

The other three suspects have not been arrested yet, Hebert said.

Cord Green, Andre Jones and Larry Dean Robertson Jr. are all still wanted on warrants from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Green, 24, who was featured in September, has been wanted since December 2010 on a warrant for distribution of cocaine and is said to frequently be in the Morgan City and Franklin areas, Hebert said.

Jones, 44, who was featured in October and whose last known address was the 2100 block of Main Street in Patterson, is wanted for failure to appear for criminal neglect of family. Jones is 5 foot 10 inches tall and 195 pounds.

Robertson, who was also featured in October and whose last known address was the 100 block of Edward Lane in Jeanerette, is wanted for armed robbery from an incident in May and is also wanted for failure to appear in court more than a year ago. He is 6 foot-1 inch tall and 190 pounds.

The Franklin Police Department is still looking for Terrell Jackson, who was first featured in the September Most Wanted list.

Jackson, 25, whose last known address is the 300 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard in Franklin, has outstanding warrants for his arrest including theft, armed robbery, armed robbery with use of a firearm, resisting an officer by flight and failure to appear for the 16th Judicial District Court, according to Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire.

Two suspects named in the October list also are still wanted by the Franklin Police Department according to McGuire.

Brian James, 33, whose last known address was the 200 block of Bud Street in Franklin, is wanted on charges of domestic abuse, three counts of flight from an officer, four counts of criminal trespass, resisting an officer by giving false information, two counts of child desertion, driving with a suspended license, speeding, and two counts of child restraints required.

Brandon Brown, 30, whose last known address was Easy Street in Franklin, also is wanted for illegal possession of stolen things from an incident that occurred in September 2011.

Morgan City police had no new Most Wanted suspects to add to the feature, said Assistant Police Chief Glenn Blanco.

One of the two suspects wanted by the Morgan City Police Department has been apprehended.

Clauderious Darby, 23, of Grace Street in Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm in a firearm-free-school zone. Darby had been in St. Mary Parish Jail.

Darby was wanted in connection with a shooting incident in July.

Still at large is Bryan Maize, whose last known address was the 700 block of Sixth Street in Morgan City. Maize contacted police and said he would turn himself in, but has not yet done so, according to Blanco.

Baldwin police are still looking for Reshimah Antoine on a charge of criminal damage to property to a hotel room in March 2007, said Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor. His last known residence was the 3600 block of Texas Street in Lake Charles. The department did locate Rebecca Bacas, who was featured in September, and is being held at the Iberia Parish Jail, Minor said.

Berwick police did not have any Most Wanted suspects to add to the list. Neither of the two wanted suspects previously named have been arrested, said Police Chief James Richard.

David P. Fanguy of Dulac is wanted by Berwick police on charges of domestic abuse battery fourth offense.

Shaneal Juwayn Williams, whose last known address was the 6300 block of Black Bayou Road in Gibson, is wanted on charges of hit-and-run, improper backing and expired driver’s license from an Aug. 15 complaint of a hit-and-run accident at Bee Bee’s Seafood on Bowman Street in Berwick, according to Richard.
