Baldwin officials recognized

Baldwin Alderman Clarence Vappie Thursday presented plaques to outgoing Justice of the Peace Benny J. Druilhet Jr., above, who served for 11 years, and incoming Chief of Police Harry Smith, who served as Constable of Baldwin for 12 years. The plaques were presented during the Baldwin Board of Alderman meeting.
