Juice bar owner accused of selling more than juice, coffee

JENNINGS, La. (AP) — Authorities say the owner of a nutrition, coffee and juice bar in Jennings has been arrested for allegedly making illegal steroid sales at the business.
The American Press reports 34-year-old Shannon Michael Guillory, of Lake Arthur, was booked Tuesday with three counts of distribution of a counterfeit drug and distribution of anabolic steroids.
Police say Guillory was arrested without incident after authorities execute a search warrant at his Rival Nutrition store.
Deputy Police Chief Danny Semmes says the arrest followed a six-month investigation in which police received information from the public that Guillory was allegedly selling steroids from the business.
