Laurel Romeo, assistant professor in the LSU College of Agriculture’s Department of Textiles, Apparel Design and Merchandising, views a scan from the body scanner which takes a person’s measurements. Romeo conducted a study of plus-sized teens to learn about their shopping experiences.
