The Central Catholic Lady Eagles placed five members of its squad on the Louisiana Sports Writers Association Class 1A All-State squad, including two first-team selections.

Many times this year, the Central Catholic Lady Eagles watched as pitcher Megan Landry baffled opposing hitters en route to Central Catholic victories.
