Arrest reports

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
—Shanna Johnson, 38, of the 200 block of South Clausen Road in Verdunville, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. Thursday on a justice of the peace warrant for cyber stalking. A deputy located Johnson at her residence on the warrant. Johnson was released on a $500 bail.
—Russell D. Allen, 44, of the 100 block of Mercury Road in Bayou Vista, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. Thursday for open container. Allen was released on a summons to appear in court March 26.
—Tasha L. Kirt, 31, of the 100 block of Clausen Road in Verdunville, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. Thursday on two warrants from the justice of the peace for cyber stalking and disturbing the peace. Kirt turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville after learning of the warrants for her arrest. She was released on a $750 bond.
—Joey Jack Sr., 38, of the 100 block of Manigo Lane in Charenton, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, simple battery and theft. Jack was brought to the parish jail with no bail set.
—Lakisha Butler, 29, of the 100 block of Judy Lane in Patterson, was arrested 9:11 p.m. Thursday for disturbing the peace (intoxicated) and on a warrant from Thibodaux police for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace. Butler was taken to the parish jail with no bail set.
—Beau J. Gaubert, 34, of the 300 block of Mobile Estates in Gray, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoids with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone), warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension, and on a warrant from the 32nd Judicial District for failure to appear on the charge of failure to pay child support.
—Kristie Dubois, 36, of the 600 block of Knight St. in Berwick, was arrested in the incident and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoids and abuse of toxic vapors. St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office narcotics detectives along with officers with the Berwick Police Department went to the Berwick residence to conduct a narcotics investigation. Detectives received permission from Dubois to search the residence and located several packs of synthetics cannabinoids along with items of drug paraphernalia, the report said. Two children were inside the investigated Berwick Housing Authority unit, which is a drug free zone, at the time of the investigation, the report said. Gaubert was brought to the parish jail with no bail set. Dubois was released on a summons to appear in court March 26.
Morgan City Police Chief Travis Crouch reported the following arrests:
—Shannon C. Conley, 26, of Tiffany Street in Patterson, was arrested at 8:28 a.m. on Thursday and charged with playing loud music (amplified device in public place) and operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. He was brought to the Morgan City Police Department where he jailed.
—Nicole M. Sanders, 28, of Aucoin Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on Thursday and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and improper lane usage. Sanders was brought to the Morgan City Police Department where she was released after posting bail.
—Jasmine Morgan, 27, of Iowa, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. Thursday and charged on a warrant for failure to pay fine-disturbing the peace. Morgan was already in the Morgan City jail when she was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
—Joshua Robinson, 22, of Mallard Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and charged on warrants for failure to pay fine-no driver’s license, failure to pay fine-failure to signal turn and probation violation (two counts). Robinson was already in the Morgan City jail when it was found that he had outstanding warrants from the City Court of Morgan City.
—Jenry Osberto Lopez Garcia, 32, of Louisa Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Thursday and charged with hit and run driving and no driver’s license. He was brought to the Morgan City Police Department where he was jailed. There were no injuries and minor damage to the residence, the report said.
—Thomas D. Barefoot, 47, of Second Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Thursday and charged with appearing in public intoxicated and possession of marijuana (fourth offense). Officers discovered Barefoot when they responded to a complaint of a suspicious person at the intersection of Federal and Brashear avenues. Barefoot was found to be in an impaired condition and upon seeing officers dropped a paper towel to the ground which contained two small plastic bags of suspected marijuana, the report said. He was brought to the Morgan City Police Department where he was jailed.
