Franklin man booked on 250 counts of child porn

A 47-year-old Franklin man was charged with 250 counts of child pornography after authorities located images of child pornography on his electronic devices, St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert said in a news release.
--Donald K. Robinson, 47, of the 300 block of Cedar Street in Franklin, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Thursday for 250 counts of pornography involving juveniles. St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives, assisting with an investigation conducted by the Attorney General Jeff Landry Cyber Crime Unit, executed a search warrant at Robinson’s residence. Investigators located over 250 images of child pornography on electronic devices belonging to Robinson. Robinson was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $350,000.
