Poilce Reports 12-3-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Thomas Streetman, 26, of 1712 Fern St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 7:02 a.m. and charged on a warrant for cyberstalking. No bail was set.
Cheryl B. Pontiff, 49, of 151 Uranus St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 11:05 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Pontiff was released on a $500 bond.
Carl Cage, 50, of 121 Helen Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:21 p.m. and charged with simple assault. Cage was released on a summons to appear in court.
Jody Cubbedge Sr., 57, of 3010 Third St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 9:28 p.m. and charged on a warrant for theft of goods and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of domestic battery. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Jeremy White, 40, of St. John Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:26 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving under suspension, open container and obstructing public passage. No bond was set.
Derrick Parker, 39, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 9:56 p.m. and charged with impeding the flow of traffic, disobeying stop sign (five counts), resisting an officer, flight from an officer, criminal trespassing, unauthorized use of a moveable, possession of a Schedule I narcotic (marijuana), suspended driver’s license, careless operation and open alcoholic container. No bond was set.
Jre’von Anderson, 22, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:03 p.m. and charged on a Third Ward City Court bench warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and two headlights required. Anderson was processed and released on a $376 bond.
