Police Reports 11-17-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Dwayne Francis, 27, of Houston, Texas, was arrested Monday at 6:04 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of suspended license, no seat belt and distribution of marijuana. He was held on $55,000 bond.
Brennan Caffery, 34, of 15416 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:50 p.m. on Lafayette Parish failure to appear warrants on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and non-support. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Rowdy Owens, 50, of New Iberia, Monday on a warrant charging him with home improvement fraud over $30,000. He was released on $3,000 bond.
Amy Boynt, 26, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of leash law violation and held on $368 bond.
