Police Reports 11-20-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Terry J. Jackson, 17, of 2436 La. 318, Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 11:48 a.m. on a warrant charging him with sexual battery and misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
On Oct. 8 the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of alleged carnal knowledge of a juvenile involving a 14 year old female. Through the course of the investigation, a forensic interview was conducted at Hearts of Hope Children’s Advocacy Center. The detective assigned to the case reportedly learned that Jackson and the juvenile engaged in sexual activity at a residence in Sorrel. Jackson was booked into the parish jail. He was later released on a $10,000 personal surety bond.
Rick A. Dupre, 36, of 710 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 11:09 a.m. on a charge of theft and released on a summons.
Kegan Clements, 25, of 311 Grey Eagle Road No. 1, Charenton, was arrested today at 2:04 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
Cody Paul, 28, of 133 Day Lane, Charenton, was arrested today at 1:20 a.m. on a Lafayette Parish failure to appear warrant on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported that Alexis Kirt, 32, of Prairie Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:02 p.m. on a district court warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and was released on a summons.
Levonne Johnson, 31, of Tupelo Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:44 p.m. on charges of third offense possession of marijuana and resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
