Police Reports 11-9-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Shawn Marreel, 41, of 516 Morris St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:59 p.m. on charges of probation violation. No bail was set.
Effie Wiltz, 31, of 601 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 1:09 p.m. on charges of failure to appear on the charge of attempted possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, failure to appear on the charge of introducing or possessing contraband in any municipal or parish prison or jail and failure to appear on the charge of unauthorized use of an access card. Bail was set at $300,000.
Tony Myers, 26, of 139 Todd Lane., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 2:51 p.m. and charged with violation of the leash law parish ordinance. Myers was released on a summons.
Aries Keal, 32, of 107 Kerry Ln., Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 2:53 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000.
Dava Leonard, 34, of 411 Henry St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 8:58 p.m. and charged with entering contraband into a penal institution and possession of a schedule III narcotic. No bail was set.
Heriberto Lastra-Osorio, 35, of 120 West Side Park Ln., Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 9:36 p.m. and charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle, no driver’s license, and failure to provide proof of liability insurance. Lastra-Osorio was released on a summons.
Gregory Wesley, 43, of 1215 Cypremort Rd., Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday and charged with simple criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, disturbing the peace and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,750.
Dexter Smith, 26, of 112 Sugar Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 9:13 p.m. on charges of failure to appear on the charge of marijuana. Bail was set at $3,000.
Joseph Bias, 58, of 105 Guzzetta Drive, Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 7:46 p.m. on charges of failure to appear on charges of aggravated battery and possession of marijuana. No bail was set.
Justin Lacaze, 23, of 973 Highway 90 East, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 2:16 a.m. and charged with two counts of theft of goods. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Dontrell Robinson, 24, of Ninth St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:09 a.m. and charged with simple battery. Robinson was released on a $1,000 bond.
Kenisha Butler, 22, of Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:07 p.m. on charges for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. Butler was processed and held with no bond.
